By using this website you accept these Terms of Use.

2. Purpose of the site

The website www.filip-lab.com presents filiplab products (in particular Masque Miracle Pro) and facilitates contact with prospective customers. It is informational in nature; sale contracts are concluded according to the flow communicated upon request.

3. Prices and availability

Displayed prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

In accordance with GEO no. 34/2014, individual customers are entitled to a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product, without justification.

• Notification is sent to contact@filip-lab.com.
• The product must be returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of notification.contact@filip-lab.com
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (exception: defective or incorrectly delivered product).contact@filip-lab.com
• Refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return.contact@filip-lab.com

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products sealed for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed.

5. Warranty and conformity

Products are covered by a statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Law no. 449/2003 and EU Directive 2019/771.

6. Intellectual property

All content elements of the site (texts, images, logos, design) are the property of filiplab or are used with the consent of their owners. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
